Shipping Policy

How, when and where we deliver your Deal Basket orders.

We ship across India through trusted logistics partners. Below is what you can expect from placing an order to unboxing it.

Dispatch time

Most orders are dispatched within 24–48 business hours of confirmation. During sales or festive periods, dispatch may take an extra day.

Delivery time

Metro cities: typically 2–4 business days after dispatch.
Tier 2 / Tier 3 cities: typically 3–6 business days.
Remote / North-East locations: up to 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges

We offer free shipping on orders ₹499 and above. A flat ₹49 shipping fee applies on smaller orders, shown transparently at checkout.

Cash on Delivery

COD is available on eligible pincodes. Please keep exact change ready — our delivery partner may not carry cash for change.

Order tracking

Every order includes a unique tracking ID (starting with 'DB'). You can track it any time on the Track Order page or from your account dashboard.

Non-delivery / wrong address

If a shipment cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, refused delivery or no response to courier calls, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or missing items

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery or take clear photos and email dealbasket369@gmail.com within 48 hours so we can help.
